Thank you for choosing our professional resume writing and career consulting services. Because our products consist of custom, digital services tailored individually to each client, we adhere to the following refund and revision guidelines:

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and digital nature of our professional writing, audit, and career strategy services, all sales are final and non-refundable once drafting, diagnostic review, or document analysis has commenced.

By purchasing a service and submitting your onboarding materials, you acknowledge that you are purchasing custom professional consulting services that cannot be returned or resold.

2. CANCELLATIONS & BEFORE-WORK REFUNDS

  • Prior to Commencement: If you submit a cancellation request in writing before you submit your onboarding form and current resume (and before work has started), you may be eligible for a refund minus any third-party transaction/processing fees incurred.

  • After Commencement: Once your onboarding form and resume have been submitted and work on your project has begun, cancellations and refunds will no longer be issued.

3. COMPLIMENTARY REVISION POLICY

While we do not issue monetary refunds once work has begun, we are committed to delivering career documents you feel confident presenting to employers.

  • Revision Window: All Core Resume Rebuilds, Tailored Resume and Career Launch Packages include one (1) complimentary round of revisions within seven (7) calendar days of initial document delivery.

  • Scope of Revisions: Revisions allow you to request adjustments to tone, language, formatting, metrics, or specific accomplishment details based on your original onboarding form responses.

  • Exclusions: Revision requests do not include changing the core target job title, shifting target industries, or adding entirely new, unmentioned career histories that were not disclosed in your initial onboarding submission. Requests falling outside the original project scope will require an additional service fee.

4. DIAGNOSTIC AUDITS & REVIEWS

Services designated as Resume Audits & ATS Reviews provide objective, expert written analysis and diagnostic evaluation of your existing document. Because feedback and actionable recommendations are delivered in full upon completion, diagnostic audits are non-refundable and do not include document rewrites or revisions.

5. DISCLAIMER OF CAREER OUTCOMES

Our services are designed to align your application materials with modern recruiting practices and applicant tracking systems (ATS). However, hiring decisions depend on numerous external factors beyond our control, including market conditions, employer budgets, candidate interview performance, and job competition. We do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or specific employment outcomes.
