1. Overview & Agreement

By purchasing any service or accessing this website, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your order.

2. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Service turnaround times begin on the first business day following the successful receipt of both your full payment and your completed onboarding materials (including current resume and target job information). Business days exclude weekends and official holidays. Processing times may be extended by 2–3 business days during peak monthly operational periods.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due in full at checkout. Due to the custom, labor-intensive, and digital nature of professional resume writing and diagnostic audits, all sales are final and non-refundable once drafting or document review has commenced.

4. Revision Policy

Resume Rebuilds and Packages include one (1) complementary revision round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of document delivery. Revisions apply to refining existing information and metrics based on original project goals, not changing target job titles or adding newly unmentioned career histories.

5. Disclaimer of Career Outcomes

Our services are designed to present your professional background in the best possible light. However, hiring decisions depend on market conditions, employer preferences, and individual candidate qualifications. We do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.
